Sale have considerable experience working in occupied properties and by targeting key and pinch point areas, we can progress works while minimising disruption to the site thus allowing, where possible, the clients staff to maintain their working environment.

We have a team of mobile engineers, fully qualified in a range of core disciplines, based all over London and the South, ready to help as soon as you contact us. We also partner with numerous specialist subcontractors, who must pass our rigorous qualification checks, to make sure we can support all your building’s needs.

Our friendly helpdesk keep in regular contact during standard working hours and our out of hours service will mean you will be supported 24/7. They work hard procuring equipment as soon as practically possible to ensure delivery times to meet the clients’ needs, allowing us to deliver services on time and within budget. They are proficient in using various client portals including Proactis, Dwellant, Service Channel, Elog Books, D365 and various other CAFM portals.
