Mechanical services comprising predominately of 8 Mitsubishi VRF systems that provide heating and cooling to all areas and an AHU providing fresh air and extract. Major plant work included the introduction of new condensers, pumps and domestic water pipe work along with new boiler plant, AHU and controls. The works included the complete fit out of basement areas, toilets areas, locker rooms and steam rooms. The ground, first and second floor include the fit out of general gym areas and the inclusion of the following rooms, hot yoga, spinning room and group fitness areas/rooms. On the second floor there was also the provision of the gyms independent laundry which included stand alone S&E ventilation plant and ductwork. The mezzanine floor included their own independent café area and small kitchen area.
