Sale Group has officially become an Employee Ownership Trust, marking an important new chapter in the company’s history.
After 25 years leading the business, founder Pete Sale will be moving into the role of Chairman, continuing to provide support and guidance while allowing the leadership team to drive the company forward.
The move to employee ownership helps secure the long-term future of the business, protecting its independence and giving the people who have helped build Sale Group the opportunity to share in its continued success.
As part of this next chapter, Sean Dailey and Kelvin Lyons will take on Managing Director roles for the Southern and London regions, supported by Finance Director Niall Giblin and Commercial Director Neil Parker.
This milestone reflects the strength of the people behind Sale Group, from our loyal staff to the clients, partners and suppliers who have supported the business over the years.
While the structure of the company is changing, our values remain the same. Sale Group will continue to deliver the same personal, hands-on service, built on long-term relationships, trust and care.
