We undertook a major refurbishment on behalf of ASOS creating some two hundred thousand square feet of office space over five interlinked blocks. One of the main challenges on this project was ensuring all the exposed services not only work efficiently but had been designed and fitted to achieve the desired aesthetic features that the client had requested. The works primarily carried out over two main phases, the first of which required a major fast track working approach to allow the clients to occupy Block A, this is best represented by a value in the order of £3m of the project value for the mechanical works being completed in a 13-week programme.
