The works entailed the coupling of 3 separate buildings into one common space. With the space conditioned utilising VRF and dedicated air handling plant. The integration of the services together with the restrictions imposed by English Heritage and restrictive workspace called for close coordination of all trades. Each floor was fitted out with bespoke marbled WC areas and the lower ground including shower areas for male and female tenants.
