We provided an enhanced CAT A fit-out from 1st to the 8th floor, whilst completing shell and core infrastructure to a gym on the lower ground floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. The fit out included a smoke extractor in the basement area utilising general extract ductwork via an intelligent damper control system. A high end fire fighting lobby depressurisation system provides a high-end finish to west reception, and detailed coordination on the lower floors where space was limited due to deeper beams.
